”The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”

”Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

The water reservoir for the coffee maker was full of green slim making the coffee pot unusable.

”The quality was about what I expected for this price. Staff was friendly enough. But on my way to my room, near the rear stairwell, I observed a dead plant that seemingly hadn't watered in months. Which was a harbinger of things to come. The TV didn't function in the room. The fridge and A/C were so loud that I had to unplug them. And the bed linens smelled like cigarette smoke. Next time, I will try my luck elsewhere.”
