”The front desk staff are very professional and friendly. Ted was phenomenal!! Its rare to meet someone with that caliber of customer service. He explained options for the hotel amenities, local attractions & events for the weekend. Our room was very clean, easy access to HWY 94 with a luggage cart available. Everything you could need to include a sundries station & very nice breakfast bar. I would highly recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced stay.”

”We attended a wedding in Tomah, and this location was very convenient. It was a short stay because we spent most of our time at the wedding venue, but it was very quiet for a restful night sleep. It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. ”Overall experience was great! Christmas tree was a nice touch. Couple of things that we were disappointed in as follows, 1.) a lot of cigarette butts in and around fire pit. It’s the first thing our dogs would test to eat and we had them pick them up. 2.) Refrigerator had to be cleaned and the door would hang open if not pushed in. Should probably be looked at. 3.) Microwave, coffee maker needed cleaning. 4.) Waste baskets in bathrooms had garbage in them from previous people. We are not trying...
