”The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better”

”I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing! ”The hot tub jets didn’t work. The pool had a couple bugs floating. The air conditioner screen was so dirty it didn’t blow cold air. The hot water in the shower was mediocre. And the “executive suite” building was not even secure (you did not need a key card to enter)”

”I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy. I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone.
