”Hotel entrance was appealing and clean. Convenient garage parking beside the hotel. Very friendly staff. Some restaurants and shopping near the hotel, but will likely need transportation to get to most places.”

”We only stayed 1 night, but still enjoyed a very nice stay. We felt very welcomed at check in and found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.”

”Brand new property and pretty good amenities and location. Shower rod hung incorrectly so water went all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was nice but disorganized.”

”I wish I would’ve booked a hotel further away that was better. Absolutely not worth the astounding price I paid of $331 per night bc of a concert in town - which I wasn’t attending. The AC had bugs crawling in it and I came home with bug bites in my legs. The room was damp and smelled and we couldn’t breathe at night because of the stale air. I would neee stay here again. The staff was beyond rude and not helpful. And I don’t write bad reviews. I’ve never given a 2 star review for anything...

”The room was clean and the AC worked great. The first room had a floor leak in the bathroom. I called the office and the front desk guy came almost immediately with a key for a different room. The second room was fine, except that the bathroom door wouldn't close and they were wedging it closed by putting a washcloth over the door. I chalked it up to this being a 2-star hotel. The breakfast was sorely lacking. There were bagels, wheat bread, and white bread, with butter, jam, and peanut butter....

”Breakfast was great, happy hour not so much. However, there is Bar louie there, great spot, kind crowd, so that's where we ended up anyway. Great hotel. Clean space. Nice staff. Cool welcome gift of drinks and snacks after traveling. ”

”Bed matress was very hard. Sofa bed was even harder. Breakfast staff was not very friendly and served bananas all smashed and spoiled.”

”The breakfast was great and the evening cocktail hour is a nice gesture, but we were never in the hotel to rate how it was. The staff was super nice, the biggest issue was 4 of the first 5 nights we had cigarette smoke coming in our room through our bathroom vent. It was terrible. We brought it up to the staff each day and they always said they would look into it. They finally offered to move us to a different room and it fixed the issue. The hotel is suppose to be 100% smoke free.”
