We’ve furnished our apartment in a cozy, rustic style. The abundance of wood creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Large 55-inch TV. We rent to vacationers, tradespeople, short-term renters, and other guests. Spacious 75-square-meter apartment spread over two floors

The apartment is close to downtown; with a bakery, butcher, and shopping center less than 5 minutes away.
Apartment centrally located in beautiful, historic Memmingen (5-minute walk to the market square). Large living room/bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, shower/toilet, kitchen, and another bedroom with two beds in the attic; perfect location for day trips to Munich, Stuttgart, Lake Constance/Switzerland, or Oberstdorf and Füssen with Neuschwanstein Castle

The entire apartment is available to our guests. Upon request, guests may use the washer and dryer for a small fee. Bicycles can be stored here. Towels are available for an additional charge.

Guests are welcome to direct any questions to us. We’re happy to provide tips for excursions and events.

Out of consideration for our long-term tenants, we ask that you keep noise levels down.
Pets (allowed upon request for certain breeds) and smoking are permitted only outdoors (entrance area, balcony, and terrace).
Parking is available in front of the main house and on the west side of the cul-de-sac.
We provide hand towels and kitchen towels. Please bring your own bath towels—otherwise, there is a rental fee of €5.00 per set of towels.
If needed, BMW GS motorcycles (F850–R1250 ADV) can also be rented from us.
