”The hotel/room had mildew odor. And the room that I stayed had cracks between the walls.
I arrived/check in almost at 12 and when I received the room the walls were so thin that I had to sleep listening to the couple next room argue all night. And top of that I the only thing that was separating the rooms was a door! The mattress was the worst and even the bedsheets smelled so bad. I didn’t talk to anyone because I arrived late almost 12am I was exhausted ”

”Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation.
When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there.
The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated. ”
