”Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time.”

”I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are clean, pretty spacious and have a homey feel to them. And it definitely helps that the people that work here are amazing. They staff definitely care about the guests, the environment and making it a place you want to come back to. And they definitely work hard to make it a quiet and safe environment. They have restored hope for myself, that there are still cool and genuine people out there, these days that’s hard to find, especially in hospitality.”

”Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

”Outside steps were starting to crumble needed to be fixed/repainted No pets were supposed to be in the rooms yet. There was a large dog on the lower level in the room. Heater/air conditioner unit was very noisy Room was clean and beds were comfortable The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and prepackaged rice, crispy bars”

”This hotel was the most run down ghetto hotel. The bedding on the bed contained so many cigarette burn stains. The rooms were missing tvs and refrigerators. They pictures what they show and what you actually walk into is deceiving. Definitely false advertisement.Do not recommend I do not recommend I do not recommend. The amount they were charging for this room per night.It should have been -0.00 her night and I still will not stay there.If it was free, do not recommend.”

”The hotel is in a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The convenience of the area made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

”Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

Called the desk & got the manager that checked us in, I told her the room she assigned us doesn't have a sofa bed, she says that I didn't book a room w/ a sofa.
