”Property did not look like pictures in Expedia. The place is extremely run down, a lot of unsavory clientele, no ice bucket, shipping containers and chain link fences with ongoing construction, bed was hard and painful, bathroom in disrepair, the only thing missing was roaches.
The staff was kind and helpful. The pool looked clean enough but too cold for this time of year. The floor left our feet black within minutes of taking shoes off.

”Our room was very nice, clean, and roomy. The surrounding area was well kept, and surrounded by lush and beautiful landscaping. There were plenty of places to walk our dogs, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We anticipate many returns. A great big thank you to all the staff. ”This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I arrived, after a very long drive, I was not greeted by the staff but instead was given a hand telling me to wait as the staff finish a FaceTime call. The room was picked up and the bed sheets appeared clean was the highlight of this room. The shower floor was filthy and the door to the room was disgusting, dirty! Light switches felt sticky. Our AC semi worked but, every time it kicked on it sounded like a Mac truck was passing by....

”The staff were nice, but not always fully knowledgeable about the city - restaurants etc.
I get why they might not have a full hot breakfast included in the rate, but what they had there was not really a breakfast… It was beyond too simple. Like dry English muffins, few accompaniments, basic fruit etc.
Nice rooms and views of the town Square but the windows were pretty dirty.
Very nice vibe, great location, and nice rooms. A little more attention to detail could make it great.”
