”The staff was pleasant and helpful. The clerk at check-in, the housekeeper and the breakfast staff were all very nice. The elevators were plentiful and quick. Our room was comfortable but being near the elevator there were often loud voices in the hall. Another problem was a loud rhythmic noise in the A/C return air duct.”
