”pool and hot tub closed. lights in room were not all working. less than optimal number of towels. floors in bathroom had crud built up around the toilet. air vent in bathroom was filthy. staff was friendly. the rooms are well insulated for sound from hallways and neighbors. stay was convenient to event.”

”We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. ”

”The hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, the cleaning was terrible, and there was a strong, awful smell in the corridors. The manager even said they cook in the rooms, which is a fire hazard and a huge safety issue. Despite booking a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of smoke. The entire property should be non-smoking, but even the rooms failed this standard. I would give zero stars if I could—completely unacceptable.”

”We have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again. It is clean. Breakfast is good. They are pet friendly and are willing to put us in a room away from other guests (when possible) to keep our dog quiet. The only challenge this time was check in. They were rekeying all the doors so it was loud and the key did not work, twice. The second time that we carried our stuff to the 4th floor and the key did not work, the fire alarm sounded right above our head. That was rough for our little dog....

”Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. The breakfast was delicious with waffles, egg omelettes,...

”Clean room, nice staff, delicious breakfast. Cute little casino but I feel it would be a little cleaner. Overall, I would go back. ”

”Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property.”

”Room a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Skyline restaurant for dinner was excellent. Grounds beautiful. Spa treatment amazing!”
