”Air conditioning was extremely loud and every time it would shut off and turn on it to wake you up from your sleep was not restful. I don’t think the place has been renovated since the 80s at least that’s what it look like. It’s kind of rundown in the rooms, the main lobby looks super nice and inviting, but as soon as you get into the bedrooms, it’s pretty rundown and especially for $300 a night. It wasn’t worth it.”

”Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. So I asked them the reason why and had said the rooms were disgusting… so right then and there I told the manager to just cancel our stay. Totally unacceptable won’t recommend or be...

”When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. I was very upset, and when I expressed my concern that why I was not informed...

”Check in was a breeze. The guy working at the front was very kind. The room was very clean and super quiet, which made for excellent sleep. Location was in a pretty central location to what we were there for. The breakfast options were fairly wide. I was happy to see eggs there every morning. The sausage and chicken patties were really good too. The coffee was just ok but I am really picky. We had such a great stay that I would 100% stay here again and book other Home2 Suites rooms!”
