”Clean room and good breakfast”

”This is a top notch hotel. The main areas are spacious, welcoming, and warm. There’s live music on the weekends. There’s huge wood beams everywhere and lots of natual light. The rooms are an industrial chic in the best way. Big fat wooden square columns extend to wall to wall wood ceilings. The vibe is sturdy, homey, and cozy. Motion sensor bathroom light so when you go to the bathroom in the night you don’t have to think about anything you can just get up and walk in that direction and “boop”...

”Informed at check in that parking was $25 and when told clerk I didn’t see that on description of property he blew me off and said “it’s a Dropbox on Expedia.””

”We couldn’t sleep all night. The clientele profile is very bad. People were fighting in the hallway, it got physical, there was yelling and doors were slammed. Security took few hours to deal with it & after they left, it started again. I do not recommend this place. Ruined my trip”

”Poor chlorine was absolutely awful, no hot tub! Never got room service- needed towels and garbage bags. The rooms were very very small- good luck if you have a stroller! Parking is awful, $40/night for valet which is a rip off. ”

”Spacious, comfortable, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant and cooperative staff. The restaurant was pleasant but small with a limited menu. There is direct access to the Skywalk but it is not nearly as lively as years ago and on weekends dead with many passageways blocked. There's a basic in room coffeemaker but they don't seem to provide free coffee in the lobby as many hotels do. If that matters to you check on this ahead of time. There is a Starbucks right next door in the Skywalk...

”Great location downtown within walking to restaurants. Stayed at hotel for event at the Orpheum. Adjoining restaurant- delicious breakfast and lovely bar for evening cocktails! Room decor so pleasant, renovations done top notch. Liked the adjacent parking lot. Very clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again.”
