”Everything was wonderful from the room, friendly staff and clean rooms and common areas.”

”The hotel is well located and attractive. They don’t tell you in advance that you may not be able to park in their lot (with in-and-out privileges) and may have to park in the UM deck instead. Water pressure left something to be desired. It was crowded and hard to catch an elevator. Lots of high school kids stayed for competitions while we were there and it was very loud. They congregated in the halls without regard to other guests.”

”The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good. Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold.”

”I always stay at this Hyatt place when going to the armory. The location is great and the breakfast is really good. My first time complaint is since the last time I was here, the televisions changed and now the way to google cast constantly gets messed up. I had a Fri/Sat stay and the google cast worked when I checked into the room, but once the tv was turned off it would then no longer. ”This apartment was pretty good overall. I had to pay from the parking garage every time I got in and out. There’s no privileges regarding parking. They 2 queen beds and fold out sofa. Mislead me by stating in the listing that it was a full twin bed. Not at all the same. Otherwise it’s roomy, clean, safe. Billiard pool room was cool. Didn’t use the swimming pool, but looked nice. ”

”We would absolutely stay at this hotel again! The room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was very clean and had everything from robes, makeup mirror, coffee makers etc. The hotel was connected to the Target Centre and downtown stores which as amazing as it was cold and raining when we were in the city. Staff were amazing during check in and provided great info about the area. Excellent choice if you are staying in the city! ”
