”I spent one night there because I wanted somewhere cost effective. Not a good neighborhood with lots of homeless people and extra illegal activities in the area. The hotel needs major upgrades.”

”This hotel was not ready for prime time. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. The lounge was a hour late opening. We went to the restaurant. No one there but the sleeping (yes, sleeping) greeter. If the problem is getting better help, pay the salaries or I predict a closed hotel in months.”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street. The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”
