We were in Memphis to visit Graceland and this property was located very conveniently for our needs. Adequate sleeping arrangements, quiet neighborhood, adequate parking and nice yard; lovely in the morning.

Great place for our trip! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet! The house was super clean and cozy for us, highly recommend this house! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed evenings on the patio, the trees provided shade during the day to make the patio a nice space to sit back and relax. We would definitely stay here again when we get to go back to Memphis. The host provided great communication for our stay. This property is perfectly located close to Beale Street but distanced enough to not have the traffic noise. All around a great place!

The pictures are very deceiving. The place was not clean, it had a smell when you first walked in, and the pictures are not updated as to how the place look. The only thing that got more than one star is the communication with the host. She did answer when I called, even though it was late, but when I asked for a refund, due to how the house was, she then went ghost and did not answer.

Fun stay

Overall we had a great time. Loved how close to Graceland it was and also not far from downtown Memphis. We couldn't throw anything in the garbage barrel as it was full and notified Nicole right away and she was taking care of it. I loved that Nicole was so easy to get a hold of and responded to any questions right away. The king size bed could be replaced as a few of the legs were broken but that was really our only complaint.

Great find!

We loved our stay in this home! The home is older and is in an older neighborhood, but that actually made us feel much safer. Plus it was very quiet so we slept great. The home is well stocked with all of the kitchen items, towels, etc you need. And my teenagers loved the games in the front room and spent hours playing them! They also loved the record player and played a lot of Elvis music which got them excited for their visit to Graceland, which is literally minutes away. The check-in and out process was a breeze, and the property manager was great to work with! Glad we stayed here!

Excellent location, very spacious home!

Our stay was just overnight as we were only in town for the evening and early next morning. However, this home did not disappoint at all. The kitchen was full of utensils, bowls and other items you would need to cook with, food not included obviously. Very nice back yard with a wonderful hot tub. Numerous TVs in various rooms, two bathrooms, comfortable bedding. Nicole is very responsive and very appreciative of the people who stay in the home. It was an A+ decision to choose this home. I would definitely book this place again when staying in Memphis. Thanks!

We left the property within an hour of arrival after a 17-hour drive and had to quickly secure a hotel for the week. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor that triggered an asthma flare-up. The landlord claimed it was from fresh paint, but the smell was clearly moldy and concerning. The cleanliness and condition of the home were unacceptable. There were stains on the curtains, broken window shades in the living room, and no curtain in the bathroom, creating a privacy issue. The bedding and furniture were poor quality, with an unstable metal bed frame and furnishings that appeared worn and unclean.Additional issues included scuffed floors, dirty air vents, holes and peeling paint on the walls, and signs of possible water damage on the ceiling. The listing photos did not accurately represent the property. The neighborhood also felt unsafe, with visible police surveillance cameras nearby. We attempted to resolve these concerns with the landlord and requested a refund, but she was uncooperative and dismissive. She offered to fix issues within 24–48 hours, which was not reasonable given the health concerns and immediate need for safe accommodations. We have escalated the matter through Vrbo due to the lack of resolution. Overall, this was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience.

I rented this room for a family of five trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. I was excited to surprise my fam with the hot tub, and the separate bedrooms. Unfortunately the issues started as soon as I first walked through the rental with a bedroom door being off of it's hinges, which the host was aware of but did not fix nor disclose. Next, we discovered that the hot tub did not function correctly, and only half of the jets worked. I messaged the host, but got ghosted after trying to setup a time to get the issues fixed. There were many other minor things as well, such as the dishwasher being installed unsafely, not being enough towels for 5 people, pots/pans being in such poor shape they were nearly unusable, missing tv remotes, a broken master bed frame, washing machine that froze up, no hand soap or shampoo, trashed dartboard, shower falling apart, no brooms or other cleaning supplies, dirty dishes in drawers, etc.Pros:Hot tub still mostly worked, and got hot. Shower water pressure was very good. The floor plan was great for us, giving us space, but still close. I was very disappointed in the tub not working correctly, as this was the main reason I wanted to rent this space. Secondly, I wanted a dedicated private space for my teen daughter, but with the broken door didn't get that.I'm not sure if they just don't respect their paying customers or if it's just poorly managed, but I would not recommend this host unless something seriously changes.

Pictures are NOT better than words

Pictures are better than the property actually is. No news there. Most times that’s the case. The refrigerator didn’t work. Had to keep items on the freezer side. Didn’t just happen. Was like that upon arrival. Freezer side was all frosted up on back wall. That took awhile. Cannot email manager. Can only call and leave message. First night central heat quit. We turned it off and back on and thankfully it worked again. Was 59 degrees out first morning waking up. 🥶 Foosball table has no ball and leans so far over to one side you couldn’t play anyway. We played darts. Wasn’t there to play games but had an 18 year old with us so it would have been nice to have all the games listed in the ad. The master bath is smaller than a closet! Toilet, pedestal sink and shower. Nowhere to place toothpaste or toothbrush. Use it and remove it. Fairly clean. OK stay for two nights. Would not spend more than that there. Maintenance is iffy. Had it to do again I would stay in a hotel.

Terrible experience

Before I get into details of my experience I will say that the only pro of this stay was the Host allowing me to check in 2 hrs before check in due to my arrival. Upon my arrival, in the garage i noticed a piece of candy in the middle of the floor. Once I walked into the house, the place had a terrible smell that I could not even describe . There were leaves and dirt in one of the rooms. According to the host, this was because of “construction” done in the house and they didn’t clean up after themselves. The bathroom was disgusting, I noticed specs of dirt all in the tub, Dust on almost every furniture in living room except for the couch. The couches and mattresses in the room that has the bunk beds are so old and worn out you can feel the springs in them. So many other things I wish I could post the pictures and videos I have taken. Comparing the pictures and what I actually saw in person, this property does not look like the pictures AT ALL!!!! Very disappointed. Host communication i’d give her a 6/10. Looking back I should have just left the property and requested a full refund but it was last minute and I had other family members that were coming in town to stay at this property as well. It took almost 3 hours for her to send someone to clean up the place AGAIN which is very unfortunate. Property was not worth what I paid for. Tried contacting Host to handle situation but still no response
