A group of ladies traveled for a tennis tournament. The location of this house was near the tennis court facility, close to great restaurants and very safe neighborhood.The property owner was very responsive. Brought us a tub plug that was missing, addressed a water leak and responded timely. The house was very clean, spacious and beds were very comfy. The only thing i would make note.... there is only 1 bathtub. All other bathrooms, except the half bath, had showers only. We didn't see any bunkbeds. There may have been trundles but we didn't need them. Hot water was great and fast and the AC was great. Great outdoor area and plenty of space to be alone or gather as a group.

Okay home with lots of room in nice area

I’ll start off with the good. The home was perfect for our group in town for a basketball tournament. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to spread out and have some privacy. Located in good area in proximity to restaurants and shopping. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and requests. The not so good…. The house is clearly a flip project and has lots of issues throughout. For example none of the outlets in the two downstairs living rooms work. The upstairs master bedroom ceiling fan will not work unless all lights are also on. This wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact the AC did not cool the upstairs and it was close to 80 both nights inside and the windows were painted closed so we couldn’t get any relief. The kitchen is sparsely stocked but nothing other than pots and pans. Overall it worked well for our group but definitely room for improvement.

Excellent Stay!

My family stayed at this property for a week. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. We experienced a few maintenance issues during our stay and the owner responded promptly. The house is in a great location, about 20 min from Beale Street and other tourist attractions. The surrounding area nearby has shopping, dining, and entertainment. If I could leave half-stars, I'd give our stay 4.5 of 5. This is only because of the access to the house. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but we were only given one key to the house. So, we had to manage our comings and goings so that someone stayed at the house or the person with the key arrived/departed so that others in our group didn't have to wait outside. Access would have been easier with an electronic lock. Also, the overall locks on the front and rear entry doors need attention. Our key didn't work on the front deadbolt and the front wood door had a pop lock, so we felt a little vulnerable there. Otherwise, great stay! I will book again if we are in the area.
