As the only residential suite on Historic Beale St, this 2 Bed/1.5 Bath fully renovated smart condo has downtown charm with modern amenities.

With 600Mb internet, street access, a spacious living area, modern bathrooms, a breath-taking view, and even a murphy bed, this property is designed for travelers who want to be six feet off of Beale!

We use self-check-in technology to provide a private experience of this unique space. I live in the area and can stop in upon request; however, that is entirely up to you!

Located ON Beale Street above Beale Sweets Sugar Shack, the Crash Pad on Beale is locate directly in the hear of America’s Most Iconic Street, Tennessee’s Top Tourism Attraction, and The Official Home of the Blues

Although no parking on site, there are many garages and valet options within a very short walk. This is the kind of place where once you arrive, you don't need to drive!

As your host, it’s my goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our one-of-a-kind space. For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate your cooperation!

Rules:
1. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
2. No pets allowed.
3. Only the number of guests noted on the booking are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, at any point in time no more than 10 people may be inside the unit for fire-code purposes. A $250 charge will be added for every extra guest each night, and should there be more than 10 people in the property there will be a $1,000 charge and immediate eviction.
4. Smoking is strictly not allowed and will be grounds for a $500 cleaning charge and immediate eviction.
5. No parties or events. Please message me for special inquiries.
6. Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Have fun! You are staying on Beale Street, this is going to be an amazing experience!

Checkout Instructions
1. Take all trash out. Our neighbors downstairs at "Beale Sweets" will know what to do. Just take it to them and tell them you are our guest. If they are closed at checkout; please just leave trash at the bottom of the stairwell entry.
2. Clean out the fridge & freezer and take food with you or throw it away.
3. Put all used towels in the washing machine and start the load on normal.
4. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher before leaving (please wash out the coffee pot if used)
5. Make sure the Smart Lock is Closed behind you.

Additional Fees May Be Charged:
1. Late checkout, unless approved there will be a charge of $50 per hour.
2. A $100 minimum to $500 maximum extra cleaning fee will be charged due to the home being left in an inappropriate condition and all checkout instructions not being followed.
3. A $150 fee will be charged for any furniture being moved.
4. All guests are to be accounted for upon reservation. Any extra guests will need to be approved by the host. If there are extra guests, not approved by the host there will be a $200 fee per additional guest.
5. If there are any parties thrown there will be a $2500 fee.
6. If any item is stolen, damaged, or destroyed there will be a $100 minimum to $1,500 maximum replacement fee.
7. For minor violations i.e. towels not washed, dishwasher not run, or any other house rules not followed a minimum $25 fee will be charged for each infraction.
