This beautiful southern home in the heart of Memphis in Midtown’s historic Central Gardens is minutes from downtown. This house is perfect for large families or groups because of the large public spaces and the many secluded private spaces and layout of the home. Guests will feel they have plenty of space to be together but also have privacy when needed. 4 outdoor patios/decks around the house in shaded yard give much flexibility. Luxury beds and linens as well as all your needs are included.

We visit Memphis 2-3 times a year to visit family. We always stay in Midtown. Gabe's property was just what we needed. It's close to all of our favorite restaurants and it's a short drive to downtown or East Memphis. Gabe is an excellent host. He was easy to communicate with. When we contacted him about a minor issue, he responded immeriately. The property was beautifully furnishd and decorated. We loved our stary.

Perfect location and sleeping options.

My son and some of his groomsmen stayed in this convenient mid-town home to be close to the events of the wedding weekend. Gabe had lots of useful area information for our out-of-towners to fill the hours that weren't full of wedding events. We needed to have sleeping options for several grown men, and this home had great options. I would reserve again if needed this type of accomodations in the future.

The experience at this place was absolutely fantastic From the moment we arrived, everything felt very welcoming. The house was spotless with an exceptional level of cleanliness throughout. We had a small wedding and the host could not have been more accomadating. He is very responsive and communicative. I would definitly stay again. There is lot of room if you have a large group.

Charming Home

The property is beautiful, charming and comfortable. It is filled with antiques, but still has a very comfortable home feeling. The house is in a good neighborhood and has an unassuming exterior. However, once you walk through the door you’re amazed at the amount and character of the space. I highly recommend this property.

Our host, Gabe, had to offer us an alternative home at the last minute due to storm damage to this property. We were so appreciative that he did this and the home we were placed in was very lovely! Gabe is a great host!

Truly "Southern Elegance"

This beautifully-appointed home is convenient not only to everything in Midtown, but also to downtown. Ten of us comfortably shared the house, with four children ages 9 - 15. We had no problem parking 3 cars on the street, and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would not recommend the house for those unable to use stairs as the kitchen is on the second floor. Our host checked in several times to see that all was well. It was!

We loved the enclosed patios! The place was clean and provided plenty of areas for conversation. The neighborhood was cute and we enjoyed being able to walk to places.

Exactly What We Needed

7 of us came to town for a music festival. This home has 6 beds, which is the exact number of beds we needed. Cute neighborhood and walking distance to our festival. The way the house is laid out ensured that it never felt too crowded. Everybody loved the house and agreed we would stay here again if we come back next year.

Good overall

The property was nice and clean. We did have an issue with one of the toilet's flusher being broken but they came over to fix it as soon as they could. The location was good as they were not on a main street but still close to everything.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Memphis! The home is gorgeous, the location is perfect, and communication with the owner is simple. There are a lot of stairs (if you're traveling with elderly) and beautiful, yet breakable furnishings (if you're traveling with toddlers- we just moved everything up to a higher shelf) but you will have everything you need. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Destination Wedding

This property is lovely! It is located in a historic district in Memphis which made it easy to get to everything else. One of the best barbecues in Memphis is less than five minutes away. The house is well thought out and beautifully decorated with a mix of new pieces and antiques. The spacious porches, fire pit and enclosed sunroom were perfect for everyone to visit and relax but if they wanted privacy there was plenty of space to rest and read etc. The host was over the top helpful and we would stay here again the next time we are in Memphis!

March family retreat

This residence is in a historic part of Memphis. The house has three floors and it was an excellent place for our family to meet and visit the zoo. The Memphis zoo has Pandas and it is just up the street from this location. The house was clean, well appointed and we had a great time. We did have snow, but the house was warm and welcoming. We also has great BBQ from just up the street.

Great place in midtown.

Perfect location and great communication with the host! When we booked it was advertised as 5 bedrooms but host has since changed to 3 bedrooms. That's the only reason to give 4 instead of 5. I would 100% stay here again.
