”There's mold in the bathroom, no plug in the shower and the shower drain looks disgusting. They have a lamp plugged into the outlet in the bathroom that sits out in the living room. The table was sticky. The exterior is very disappointing and scary looking. I did not know the bedroom doors were on the exterior of the building and I hate those. Nothing was as pictured or as expected or as described. It was just very bad.”

”Spacious room with 2 queen beds and comfy lounger. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Quick checkin and checkout. Area seemed a bit desolate, but a few restaurants and gas stations nearby. We opted to head downtown where the hotel had also recommended a few places. Went for Mexican and was delicious. Nice downtown and walked around a little too. Nice one night stay. ”

”Location right next to bridge; was loud. The place was very run down. There was a hole next to the door. The card key didn’t work we had to go get another one. The ice machine’s were all broken except for the one on the 4th floor. The light didn’t work in our room nor did the light fixture where the sink was. The TV remote didn’t work at first when I went down to complain there was no one at the front desk. Huge stain on the carpet. The beds were not comfortable. I would not recommend this...

”We loved the place, just my dog & myself. Wish they had a garbage w/bags where the grass is to take them potty. At least a garbage, took a while to find but it's right outside the office. 🤔 Nice & quite as we reciprocate. 👍”

”the night staff guy was amazingly sweet and helpful and just made us wanna come back. the rooms were ok found toenails and stuff between the bed and night stand. they were awesome hosting our reptiles”

”The hotel building looks run down, and the outside is slighly overgrown with weeds in the rocks. We stayed 5 days and not once was the elevator vacuumed, nor the entrance way mopped. There were papers and old fishfly carcasses on the floor on day one, and we told them good bye on day five. The rooms itself were spacious and clean. No complaints there. My grandson wanted to swim, but even he realized the water was not what he is used to. Why can't I see the bottom? was his question. Needless to...

”Front desk told me they would let me cancel the reservation before we checked in, Expedia then told me would not be able to.”

”When we arrived, we were informed that the property owners are now assessing a new $5.00 per day "general" charge. Staff had no idea what charge was for. I insisted charge be removed and it was the next day. Was not listed on expedia website or anything posted at site. I did not feel being "ambushed" at check in was fair. Staff very nice and apologetic. Will make IHG aware. Other than that, stay was good.”

”The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!”
