”First impression when arriving was a shambles the motel looked like a block of flats. Three floors high. The entrance to the rooms was by way of a fire escape. The door to the room didn’t look safe as the key card was disabled and a lock put in above it. The beer garden was down below, the restaurant looked like a motorway cafe. We had to ask where reception was and it was in the adjacent building. Big improvements are needed to upgrade windows and doors. We paid for our stay and then left. ...
