”We chose FS Marrakech for location and security. It did not disappoint. The level of service by every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. We will not soon forget our experience here. Special thank you and shout out to Hajar. She went above and beyond! She set up our private tours, transfers, and even hotel recommendations in Tangier. No request was too much for all the staff there. An extraordinary level of hospitality!”
”Fantastic stay start to finish. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. There is such a relaxing vibe to the entire place.
Breakfast and lunch was excellent.
The spa and massage facilities also.
A really nice place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the main centre which is a nice walking distance away!

- we had some issues to sleep at night as there is basically no sound isolation in the rooms (especially the room’s doors lacked the sais isolotation).

”We had an amazing holiday in Mövenpick Marrakech. Hotel’s architecture and decoration is breathtaking and whole area is quiet and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean and hotel’s staff was so kind to us. Especially I want to thank waiter Mouchine and amazing personal trainer in the gym. Only bad thing was wifi connection -it didn’t work well in our room. Still I would like to recommend this hotel highly for everyone who adores beautiful design and good service. Thank you! ”

"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."
