”We celebrated our anniversary there. Upon our arrival, in our room were flowers and treats to celebrate! Thank you Four Seasons.
Staff were friendly and went out of there way to be helpful. Gorgeous property with large pool and relaxing spa. The massage was appreciated mid trip! ”

”Everything in the riad is good - but there are two issues which we didn’t like:
- we had some issues to sleep at night as there is basically no sound isolation in the rooms (especially the room’s doors lacked the sais isolotation).
- the cellar area, where they give massages was cold, and my spouse got a nasty flue - which I also got few days after.”

”Opulence is the word for Es Saadi Palace. Wonderful pool area and huge garden. Many restaurants to choose from. This is the place to stay if you do not need to be inside. Medina.”
”Excellent place with amazing staff and very good location. You feel like home with high standard hospitality. Rooms are beautiful and very clean and rooftop is the place where you like to stay all day. All staff are super friendly and help you with whatever you need. This is the hotel where I’m going to stay anytime I visit Marrakech, highly recommended.”

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
"Our room wasnt ready when we checked in 2 hours after the check in time had started.
The cleaning service was strange. The cleaning staff did everything in the room in about 3 to 4 turns and just walked in to the room wuthout waiting for us to say anything to do just one thing such as change the soap or bring water.
The staff in the hotel was just overall rude and comparing to other hotels during this longer trip in Morocco the service was definitely the worst of all.
Our deluxe room was spacious but the walls are paper thin. Our room was also next to the staff elevator which we could hear all the time.
There is nothing luxurious or boutique about this hotel. Its a basic hotel so if youre looking for a really nice place to stay this is not it.
Hotel is clean and the rooftop bar has good views. Breakfast was ok."
"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."
