”The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!”

”Our hearts sank when we first arrived off the dusty streets, but what a surprise lay in store for us!! Kivu really is a tranquil oasis, leaving the madness of Nakuru behind. It has a beautiful garden with an incredible 20 meter swimming pool. The staff were so friendly, i really recommend this place if you are looking for a fantastic budget hotel. We are a family of 4, the children slept in a separate room to us (14&16), it felt very safe

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again.”
”The hotel did not recognize the reservation through Hotels.com. We were told this hotel does not do business with you. We spend quite a bit of time to clarify the matter. Finally, the manager looked in his computer system and found my name under a reservation made by Expedia. This was obviously a flaw in their system or ignorance of the front desk staff. ”

So the rooms are very clean
However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety.
