”This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. ”

”Nestled in the middle of vineyards, this little hotel is like an oasis! The grounds are super clean and well-kept, the rooms are large, airy and comfortable (with private balconies), the staff is very friendly and the restaurant superb. I traveled around Sicily for about 2 weeks staying at many different places, and this was probably the nicest hotel out of all of them.
