”What an absolute amazing stay at this beautiful Resort. We stayed during a snow storm and there is no better place be. It was warm, peaceful , clean and very relaxing and romantic Alfredo and Romona were very kind and hospitable. The fire place was a lovely touch and the hot tub inside was very romantic . I was also impressed with the water heater as the tub didn’t run out of hot water and it was the perfect temperature . The beds were so comfy, we slept very well. We will def be visiting...

”Our stay at the steamboat house was SO much fun. The other people staying were lovely and the innkeeper and her daughter were so sweet! They were so accommodating, made amazing breakfast, and the space was just gorgeous. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! ”

”Check in smooth. Staff is friendly, Only problem was the hallway to casino closed. They did have a shuttle for the 2 block walk. Temperature outside was very cold so we used the shuttle.”

”The one thing I will caution future guests about is breakfast. It’s one menu selection (there is no menu to choose from) for everyone every morning. So if you’re a picky eater or have lots of food sensitivities, this could be a real hassle. It is served in your room only, and delivery runs a bit on island time. So if you have timed plans in the morning, make sure to give yourself an extra half hour buffer to account for possible breakfast delays. Other than that, I had an absolutely fabulous...

”Charming suite and hotel. Cozy places to sit in lobby, and delicious breakfast in an Irish-style pub. Bed and couch in room were a bit too firm, but otherwise everything was great for our overnight in the quaint town of Galena. ”
