”Very clean room. Staff were amazing. Great breakfast and just an overall great place. Building is new.”

The coffee/tea station in the lobby was appreciated. Cons: There was debris on one of the elevator floors that remained there for two full days. I'm fairly certain that a staff member must have ridden that elevator during that time but neglected to clean it themselves or directed another staffer to do...

”A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”

”The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot. The freezer had old ice laying on the bottom with food...

”This is an economy hotel. Small rooms, small bathroom, little bathroom counter space. A lot of counter space in the bedroom. Not fancy, but utilitarian.”

”This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

”Pros: Clean and large room/ easy to adjust thermostat/ clean and safe elevator/ breakfast was decent/ quiet at night even with a pre-teen girl party down the hall/ bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries and hairdryer/ location is great for visiting local wineries Cons: TV did not work at first and clerk couldn't help- I had to trouble-shoot it myself, which required climbing up behind it and unplugging and plugging various components/ There was only one evening desk clerk for a full hotel”

”We stayed in a cottage and it was a great experience The staff was helpful and knowledgeable Food was good Beautiful sunsets on Lake Erie Plenty to do trails, bikes, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fire pits and wineries galore, the list goes on and on We would highly recommend the area should stay a minimum of 4 nights We stayed for 5 and never ran out of different experiences”
