On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, and a terrace. The living room features a large sofa, a cozy seating area, and a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options and video games. The dining room is equipped with a large wooden table that can accommodate 12 people, perfect for gathering and sharing meals.

The living and dining rooms offer direct access to the terrace, garden, and private swimming pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a lush garden on one side and a terrace with a small solarium on the other. Adjacent to the pool is a pergola with seating for up to 14 people, a BBQ area, a table for 8, a garden lounge, and a full set of day beds for 12, providing ample space for relaxation and entertaining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, for preparing delicious meals. For added convenience, the property features a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover five comfortable bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful night's sleep. Three bathrooms serve this level, offering convenience and comfort for the entire household. Three bedrooms have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each. All bedrooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and access to a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

The four bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property also offers the added convenience of private parking, ensuring that you have a secure space for your vehicle during your stay.

Son Parc is a charming and serene resort town located on the northern coast of Menorca. The capital city of Mahón is about a 20-minute drive away, providing easy access to extensive shopping, dining, and cultural experiences. Regular bus services connect Son Parc with other parts of the island, making it convenient for visitors to explore Menorca. Son Parc boasts a variety of dining options, from casual beach bars to upscale restaurants offering local Menorcan cuisine and international dishes.

Golf Son Parc Menorca features an 18-hole course with beautiful views and a challenging layout suitable for all skill levels. The course also includes a driving range and putting green, making it a great spot for golf enthusiasts. The area around Son Parc is ideal for hiking and nature walks, with trails offering scenic views of the coastline and inland areas.

Son Saura Beach is known for its fine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. It is family-friendly, with shallow waters and lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
