Villa Pepe's large private swimming pool and lawned garden make it a great choice for a relaxing family holiday. This 4 bedroom villa is in a great position only 5 minutes' walk from a small selection of shops and restaurants. For a greater choice, the resort centre is just 15 minutes' walk away, with a variety of eateries and amenities overlooking the enormous sandy beach. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Pepe is positioned on the outskirts of Arenal Den Castell. The popular Coves Noves commercial centre and heart of this charming resort can all be reached either on foot or by car. Also from the villa you can visit the local markets which is brief 15 minute drive from the villa, as well as a Botanical Gardens of S’Albufera des Grau located only a 15 minute drive away. The main attraction of the resort is the huge, circular beach which is overlooked by the large variety of shops and places to eat. A choice of attractions, sports facilities and the island's only golf course are all within a short drive.
