”This is one of worse hotel I ever booked, actually, they never allowed me to stay there because they overbooked and just canceled my reservation when I got there, they told me that I should just stay in motel 6 instead, no apologies from them for their mistake that allowed overbooked and cancelled customer reservations just houra befor I checked in, they even said since I booked through 3rd party agent like Expedia, so they are not responsible for my cancellation. ”Parking was available and convinient. Staff was very nice and helpful/accommodating. Waffles and coffee for breakfast were my fav. They did have omelets and potatoes as well, my kids liked the potatoes. Room was good, the bathroom did not have a fan. There were also no extra garbage bags, since they only came to clean the room every other day. The pool area could have been a little cleaner.
