”We enjoyed our stay and if your cooking - no need to bring anything - Fully stocked kitchen. The pool is in walking distance of the home ! Lots of indoor and outdoor games to play for adults and little ones . Wrap around porch with many tables - 2 comfy screened in areas up stairs and down stairs ! If you can't handle making ice from trays - bring your own ! We only stayed for 2 days so we were able to survive .. Berkeley Springs town within 6 miles - has a new restaurant called Vine Trattoria...

”The cottage was clean and efficient. The patio area with hottub was a plus. Though not fancy, it was comfortable. We liked that it was about halfway between Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.”

”We spent a long weekend at this Berkeley Springs retreat, our second visit in 2024. As before, we found the house to be comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, and appliances. The conversation pit in front us the fireplace is a particular favorite with this property. We hope to visit again in 2025.”

”This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip!”

”Our family had a lovely time! The house was very clean, super comfortable, and well furnished. Everything felt very new, thoughtful and well selected. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots and pans, cutting boards, cooking utensils, etc. The only thing lacking was a can opener.The screened in porch and hot tub were both incredible additions!We even journeyed down to the creek and found lots of fun mushrooms and crawfish.Would definitely recommend!”

”This was a great property! Clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the screened porch. There was a big field to the side where we did our “camping Olympics” and great for the dog to run around. The creek was good for floating and there were some nice trails. Close to a grocery store but still completely secluded. Quick communication with the host.WiFi was shoddy- but was better if all of us were not on it at the same time- we don’t use it much anyway. . Would be great to have a better...
