”My son cut his foot in process of glass inside of the closet when he was building a fort. It happened on Valentine’s Day.. he had to be rushed to the ER and He had to get stitches! ”

”Needed a place to stay for one night on a road trip. Expedia says their check in was available until midnight and their desk was available 24 hours, but we showed up to a closed desk. The staff came in with their dinner and essentially told me check in closed at 10 and acted as though I inconvenienced her by showing up. More concerned with eating with her friend in the lobby than helping us. There was no cart to bring up our luggage. There was also no one at the desk when we checked out at 7 am....

”Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom.”

”Great weekend get away! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and the free valet parking was a nice touch. Only part of this stay I would not recommend was the fine dining restaurant. The service was very good but the food couldn’t compare to other fine dining restaurants we’ve been to. That said, we would book this again!”

”Room was exceptionally clean. Hotel and property were safe. Staff were excellent! Laura at the front desk was very helpful and Shandi put together one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Seriously. Banana nut bread waffle batter! Pigs in a blanket! Omelette! Sausage links! Scones! Healthy options as well. Keep up the good work Hampton Inn. 💋”
