”Clean and spacious room. Good connections to the hotel by car. Nice breakfast.”

”Beautiful home. Charles, the grounds keeper, was excellent. My only suggestion is to put some kind of handle bar on the wall in the shower, to hang onto when necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this place”

”Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room.”

”This was the unforgettable stay I have tried in my multiple trips. The location wasn’t comfortable, the receptionist at first gave us the room with a hole in the shower area, fridge that was old, the room wasn’t smoked free. If I haven’t asked to give us a newer and more comfy room he won’t. Breakfast was included, but hey, even the taste of the coffee can’t be given 5stars. OveraLL, i didn’t like my stay in this hotel.”

”Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily ”

”This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)”

”Outside trashcans had overflow of trash and was never dumped. The only elevator had inside damage to it. Rooms had roach crawling on ceiling. Infestation of ants after an ice cream spill in the room. Front desk said they sprayed but the ants returned. Pull out couch was broken and had to use a rollaway. Chair (red) in the room had old stains. Breakfast was average. ”

”Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). There was a coffee maker with a few coffee pods in the room, but there was no free access coffee in the lobby. For a...
