”The front desk clerk lied to us about the room she was putting us in by putting us into a regular two queen room instead of the deluxe suite that I paid for. Then when I went back to the desk to get it fixed she had to admit to the manager that she lied about which room she was putting us in. By that time there were no more suites available and we were stuck with the lesser room without any kind of compensation. ”The staff was friendly and helpful with giving restaurant suggestions when asked. The room was very clean and the beds were so soft. I did make it to breakfast late one morning and the bacon and biscuits were all gone. I didn’t have time to wait for more. My husband and I wanted to get into the hot tub during our stay but it was always full of kids which was disappointing.”
