This renovated Patrician Shores cottage is just a short walk to the Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront and offers a beautiful private neighborhood beach with over 400 feet of frontage. The neighborhood has tennis and basketball courts, and a launch for kayaks and canoes. There is a day dock available to the neighborhood guests and renters for temporary docking up to 4 hours. Great for boating and lunch breaks and passenger pick-ups/drop-offs.

The well-maintained cottage boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, a loft, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It's the perfect place to return home to after a fun day on the water. The cottage also includes a gas grill, firepit, tetherball and multiple patio sitting areas for enjoying the warm summer evenings after a day at the beach or out on the lake.

This lovely space is designed for family fun and bonding but also offers great access to nearby activities. Conveniently located between quaint Centre Harbor Village and Meredith Village, you are close to restaurants, shops, and art galleries.
