”Inn keeper was so accommodating, gave us plenty of ideas for fun in the Lake Winnipesaukee area, The Ballard House has been featured in the Yankee Magazine, a lot of history. Beautiful back deck with outstanding view of mountains.”

”The house is beautifully constructed and decorated. The kitchen if fully stocked with spices and cooking oils. The owner provides sheets, towels and beach towels. The wrap around porch is great for relaxing in the evenings and the beach is well maintained and clean. The shed at the beach has bocce and shuffleboard which we had fun using. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation.”
