”Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...

”Our stay in Imperia was nothing but perfect. The House has the most beautiful view on the sea and all the stuff that you need to feel at home. The communication with the agency was fast and easy and Claudio also gave us some recommendations on beaches and restaurants. I would 100% come back to that house and this cute little city! Perfekte Lage für MTB Touren an die Nato-Base. Außerdem gibt es einen ganz lieben Hund für die ein oder anderen Streicheleinheiten, welcher nichtmal über Silvester zu hören war. ”Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Der Gastgeber hat schnell und kompetent auf Fragen reagiert und uns gut durch den Check in gelotst. Am besten hat uns die grosse Terrasse und der großartige Ausblick gefallen. Die Betten waren für unser Empfinden nicht ganz so bequem und könnten evtl neue Matratzen vertragen. Den erholsamen Urlaub haben wir insgesamt aber sehr genossen.”

”Leider hatten wir das Inserat nicht genau genug gelesen bzw. etwas missverstanden. Wir haben aufgrund unserer Such "Rosella" angezeigt bekommen und gebucht. Vor Ort haben wir dann festgestellt, dass es sich dabei um eine Wohnung in einem 3-Appartment-Haus handelt. Die Bilder, die dem Inserat begefügt sind, zeigen Ansichten aus allen 3 Wohnungen. Auch war uns nicht klar, dass sich der Pool im Garten des Vermieters befindet und die Teilabdeckung dauerhaft ist. Aber wir hatten Glück - die anderen...

”We are a family group of 19 people, 3 generations are represented with ages from 81 to 14 years old. We use to meet 2 or 3 times a year. We are coming from 3 different countries in Europe. The house il perfect to host this kind of event. The bed rooms are exactly as we wanted. The kitchen dinning room is enormous and perfectly equipped. At arrival, Eleonora welcomed us and explained the house and all the equipments in detail. We may come back.”

”Wir (47 & 50) haben das Haus und den Garten ausgiebig genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Da der Garten rundherum durch Mauern und durch ein schmiedeeisernes Tor abgeschlossen ist, eignet sich das Objekt hervorragend für einen Urlaub mit Hund und Kindern. Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses ist ein eigenes Auto unerlässlich. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst zuvorkommend und reagiert auf Fragen in kürzester Zeit. ”Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Marjoleins Haus. Das Anwesen ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Anfahrt ist beim ersten Mal ein bisschen tricky, aufgrund des engeren Zufahrtsweges, aber dann auch kein Problem mehr. Der Star des Hauses ist die Aussicht, die schlichtweg Atemberaubend ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊”

”We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure. The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once. A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot. Two rooms ( master bedroom and a children’s room with two separate beds).”

”Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome.”

The views are wonderful, and the things to do in Alassio include great food, fun at the beach, a wonderful town to explore, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The owners were great hosts. ”Oli ihan luxusta majoittua vanhaan viinitilan, paikka ylitti odotukset moninkertaisesti. Miinuksena sauna, jos olisimme halunneet käyttää sitä, olisi maksanut 100€ kerta. Samoin poreallas ei ollut käytettävissä. Tilaa hoitava henkilö asui pihassa, siitä ei mainittu mitään. Tulisin tänne uudestaan, viihdyimme kaikki niin hyvin!!”

”Ein schönes Haus, wundervolle Aussicht und für eine Familie super - negativer Punkt ist : die Dusche ist nichts für große Personen von 1,95 m , die müssen sich in der Dusche knien :-) - dafür waren die Betten groß genug. Die Räume riechen halt nach Feuchtigkeit in den Wänden - was man bei einem älteren Haus aber überall vorfindet , jedoch bei Allergien problematisch sein kann. Die Lage macht das aber alles wett. Würde es sofort nochmal buchen für einen Urlaub mit Familie”
