Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. ”Small but stylish hotel a short distance from the centre of Dunedin. Free hotel parking was a real bonus. We had a queen room which had views out over the city. The room was well equipped and nicely furnished. The included breakfast was outstanding; freshly cooked to order. Anabel was a very welcoming host and her dog, Lola, a delight.”

”Motel was ok. My point of view is affected by a few very nice motels we have stayed in the previous nights. Motel was clean and room was spacious. Bathroom was ok, but I dont like shower curtains in hotels. Also after showering, the whole floor was wet and no means to dry it out. ”
