”Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. ”We visited Hotel Savoy in Meribel in mid March for a three night ski trip. The hotel is located absolutely in the centre of Meribel , a short walk from thew Tourist office which has an escalator which allows you to access a is run into the main Chaudanne ski area. You need to look carefully how to ski back to the same escalator the first time you try it. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel itself was very pleasant although this is Meribel and you do not get a lot of room...

”The hotel has nice facilities (pool, sauna, bar, game room, ski room) and our room was recently renovated but the noise cancellation needs some improvements. We heard lots of noises from the corridor, next door, upstairs and from the street even though we were sleeping with earplugs. The room didn't have enough storage or hangers for the clothes so we needed to dry our ski gear on the curtain rod, door handles etc so the room felt really messy. Wifi was really bad too. Staff was really nice when...

”It was not clear on booking that the hotel was spread over several different chalet buildings within the village and so if you were not in the main building you basically didn’t have practical access to any of the amenities like the spa and swimming pool. Furthermore the ratio of amenities to guests is totally overloaded and so the spa was always very congested without proper changing facilities. Like most Pierre residence properties, very misleading once again.”

”I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!”
