”Worst customer service experience of my life. They claim to support active duty military and veterans. I'm a veteran and they treated me like absolute garbage. The "assistant" manager and the GM are the rudest and most condescending people that I have ever met. I was in the lobby for quite sometime, and they treated everyone who came in with so much disrespect. And for a Motel 6, it is really overpriced. I would avoid this place at all costs. I went to the Extended Stay in Meridian. Super clean...

”My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

”This property is well located just off I-84 with easy access and plenty of parking. The staff is exceptional and met all of our expectations, breakfast was above average for a mid business class hotel and the various amenities were well taken care of. What really stands out to me is the great mix of rooms available, truly something for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel.”

”Staff was great. Room was pretty good with a large fridge. Shower door would sometimes slide open when showering. Location of property was convenient for us. Parking lot gets crowded by night, Free use of washers and dryers great.”

”There were stains around the bathroom sink, on the sheets, and on the pillows. There was dust and trash swept underneath the bed. The towels weren’t fresh. The water pressure was abysmal. The neighbors aren’t considerate of noise through the entire night and staff didn’t do much to help. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Go book at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson instead.”
