”Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?”

”1 overnatning på turen hjem. Der fortrød vi ikke, sjældent set bedre beliggenhed af et hotel, med udsigt over Schwarzwald og helt til Frankrig. Kunne sidde på terassen og spise med dette view over dalen. Selv på værelset var der balkon med bord og stol med udsigt over vinmarker. Vi kommer der igen, helt sikkert. Ligger lige på en vandrerute hvis man er til det. Dejlig service fra alle på hotellet.”

"We had a perfect stay with 1- and 4-year-old kids. Hotel, the rooms and spa are very nice. Not the newest ones, but still very good and clean. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The walk to the downtown baden baden is doable but lengthy. However, that didn't bother us and we hoped that could have stayed longer."
