”We called to check if rooms had Keurig type coffee makers and we were told they did. They did not. We had one bar on the Wi-Fi the entire stay. Most importantly we did not feel very safe there. The slider doors did not lock very well and main door did not even fit its frame. We had to use a key to unlock and relock a gate leading to our room and were afraid if there were an emergency how that could cause a delay. There was also a gentleman that seemed nice enough in the room next to ours on...

”Construction is going on inside of the hotel and started at 8 am waking us up from our sleep in a fright. When we called the front desk they said the construction shouldn’t be happening by our room but even they could hear the noise through the phone. We couldn’t go back to bed and ended up just packing up and exiting early.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

”The front lobby was nice, until I went to sit on one of couches and almost landed on floor, it was like there was maybe 1 inch of cushion. I had cancelled original room and got another, less expensive, but forgot to ask about ocean view, i mentioned that at front desk when i got there and nice man said he would upgrade to room with 2 queen beds, but the view was black rooftop, horrible. The room itself was quite weird, u can only see TV from one bed the other faced wall and bathroom, who...
