However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. The two things that could be improved were: 1) My room had some soda or something spots on the wall. ”The room itself was clean and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and we had a restful sleep. However, we chose this hotel because it listed a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed due to understaffing, but you could buy beer from the reception desk. Also, the two luggage trollies available were damaged so that using either was difficult; one had a broken wheel and the other had a flat wheel and the upper carriage was attached to the trolly in two of the four spots. ”It was a very good place to stay especially given the price. The breakfast was WAY better than most hotels-- the eggs, etc, were actually made there. Real waffles, not frozen. I'm glad we discovered this place!”

”The desk staff was great, very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and quiet. The room keys only worked sometimes which was annoying. The toilet seat was loose. There was no hair dryer or coffee maker in the room and towel racks would have been nice. The breakfast was typical for a hotel. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. ”
