”the host was very responsive to any request or questions. the property was clean and well maintaining. screened in porch was a bonus to feel like you were outside even when the weather did not cooperate. located on small lake so little to no boat traffic. We were visited by loons almost every morning and evening. we had pets they loved it also. located within 15 minutes to grocery store with plenty of places to closer than that if you are not a griller. Also should disclose the narrow stair case to the 2 out of 3 bedrooms in case someone with a handicap wants to rent. Please also put a disclaimer in your book or somewhere that the furnace may smell like gas upon initial heat up as I was scared for my family all night after the CO2 detector went off (we determined the batteries were bad in the detector).
