”booked this to save a little bit of money but wish i would have just paid extra to stay anywhere else. this is 4 floors and despite saying i was looking for a place to rest for a few days after cancer treatment while in boston, i was given a room on the 4th floor. i don't have a lot of strength physically, so it was inconvenient. i also had a bag i had to get up there. the stairs slope horribly and i doubt are up to code. if you are physically weak or have balance issues, you should look for...

”Terrible service and conditions. Several flights of stairs, no staff to help. When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet...
