”We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. Very clean place. Bed was super comfy had a fantastic nights sleep. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Andrew and all the team for looking after us. 😊😊”

”Lovely staff but unfortunately the room is not fit for purpose, food is decent Was showed room 8 but window broken (35 degree heat) & was given option for room9 a twin. *hole in floor trip hazard *curtain didnt open/close properly *no side lqmp* *Sheets scratchy *broken floor tiles en suite *shower rusty Was given a fan v grateful for but filthy & throwing off bits, cleaned it but not acceptable”

”Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning).”

”Stayed for 2 nights on our Welsh road trip. We were hugely impressed with this lovely little B&B. Beautifully appointed rooms, tastefully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The breakfast box is such a great idea, allowing you to eat in or take it with you if you are heading for an early start.
