”It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit.
The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.”

”Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple.”

”The property was appropriately priced but the pictures were a bit misleading. The owner and caretaker were both very nice and very accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked, but dated. The back porch picture was when it was first built and it was also dated and not very clean (in my opinion). Definitely worth the price and I would stay there again if I had a group more on a budget. Again, the owner and caretaker were both very kind.”

”The sunsets here are amazing. There's lots of birds and birdsong. I also saw a Great Blue Heron at the pond several times. If you like horses, and cows, you can watch them as the sun sets. Hosts are very available and friendly and helpful.”
