Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation.”

”Loved this hotel. Pool area is beautiful and great for children too. Staff is welcoming and polite. We got a renovated room on the fourth floor which was perfect, huge and spotless. I cannot say about the rooms that have not yet been refurbished. The wifi is very bad, but that is propably the case in all of the hotels in the area.”

”I have never experienced such attentive and accommodating staff before staying at Panoramic Grand. The restaurant staff made special accomodations gor my wife's diet without having to ask each time. I wouldn't ever expect this, but it definitely shows their level of service. They made sure we had some breakfast and transportation for an early flight.The grounds are beautifully maintained.”
