I own two other 4 bedroom vacation homes in Mesquite, and I just purchased this home. 12 years ago I considered buying this home when it was built. RENTAL RULES: No Smoking, No Pets. No large house parties, events or family reunions. Limit 12
Minimum Night Rule: 2 night minimum applies to week night rentals. Weekend rentals require a 3 night minimum in most cases. If a Friday or Saturday night is already booked, then I will rent for 2 nights on a weekend. Also if the travel date is within 3 weeks of the booking, a 2 night weekend can be accepted.
