”The hotel is showing many signs of aging, from broken USB ports to squeaky/clanky doors and worn surfaces. Also, there was a mixup with the room I was assigned, and it took a long time to resolve it. The staff were nice enough but did not show any concern for my time or the mistake they made.”

”We lost power for about an hour and the staff was very rude when we inquired about it. Also the pool was supposed to open at 10 am but no one had a key and it was after 1 pm before it opened.
