The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive.
