”We rented this property so we can meet with friends and family from different locations in US and Europe! The terrace overlooking the sea was roomy and great for gathering with our friends and family who stayed at other nearby locations! The sun was hot in the afternoon but the shade of the terrace at that time of day allowed us to be able to spend time outside overlooking the water. The house is steps away from the beach! The village is not touristy which we loved as we had a genuine Italian...

”Ottima l'accoglienza della proprietaria , disponibile a chiarimenti e assistenza.un benvenuto con un generoso cesto di frutta e casa pulitissima con tutto ciò che serve per cucinare ed essere conviviali. La casa è fresca con un giardino piccolo ma sufficiente a pranzare in 12 persone comodamente sul patio. Vicino tutti i servizi (tabaccaio,bar pizzeria e più in là anche un supermercato).ben collegato e con guardiania all'ingresso... Insomma un ottima esperienza in una casa che consiglio...

”Waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre alt) im Mai zu Besuch gewesen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, die Rasenfläche ist super für Kinder zum Spielen. Das Wasser im Pool war im Mai noch etwas frisch. Insgesamt ein sehr toller Urlaub! Anna und Sergio sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Eine defekte Waschmaschine wurde innerhalb eines Tages ersetzt! Wir kommen gerbe wieder!”

Es ist alles vorhanden, die Lage ist ruhig in einer Einfamilienhaus Wohngegend, das Meer nur wenige Gehminuten in Sichtweite (von den Balkonen) entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung sehr gut, inkl. aller Küchenutensilien. ”Die Villa liegt herrlich oberhalb von Capo D´ Orlando. Der Tennisplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Pool ist sehr Groß 6mX12m. Außenrum gibt es viel Grün. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist überdacht und ebenfalls groß. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Geschirrspüler. Wenn es Fragen gab, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.”

”Beautiful home and area”

”One of the absolutely best locations we have visited. The view from the villa from 750m altitude is breath taking, overlooking the Mediterranean and all the way to the aeolian islands. The villa has a big professional kitchen great for cooking dinner from local fresh produce. The pool is beautiful and all outdoor areas are comfortable and in great condition. The villa itself is very roomy and clean. Thank you so much for an amazing place to spend our holiday.”

”This property has such a wonderful local feel. It’s not too touristy, the restaurants along the beach were excellent we visited some local nearby towns and just enjoy doing local things. The house itself is exactly as in the listing. However, the view is absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts while we were there.”

Elle nous a bien conseillé sur des destinations à choisir et surtout, un jour a tout préparé puis célébré dans le four extérieur de la maison la meilleure pizza de notre vie, les enfants n'oublieront jamais. La seule remarque pas enthousiaste: pour cette destination, il faut avoir une voiture à disposition.”

”Es ist ein absolutes Traumhaus, das noch viel schöner ist als auf den Fotos. Die Nachbaren sind unglaublich liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist einmalig. Wir waren für 18Nächte in diesem Paradies und genossen jeden einzelnen Tag.”

”Die Villa ist sehr gross und bietet viel Platz. Leider haben nur 2 Zimmer Klimaanlagen. Es ist alles in der Villa vorhanden, allerdings teilweise in die Jahre gekommen oder von einfachster Qualität (Geschirrspüler, Besteck, Plastikstühle, keine Polster, Beleuchtung sehr schwach). Der Strand kann gut über eine Unterführung unter der Landstrasse erreicht werden, wie der salzige Pool. Es gibt Club-Entertainment für Kinder und Jugend (natürlich auf italienisch). Sehr nett , aber manchmal auch...
