TÀmÀ on 2 makuuhuoneen talo, josta on suora nÀkymÀ ja pÀÀsy rannalle (30 metrin pÀÀssÀ) tÀstÀ luonnonkauniista kalastajakylÀstÀ EtelÀ-Peloponnesosessa, Kreikassa. SiinÀ on suuri puutarha, kaksi verantata, joista toinen kohti vuoria, toinen kohti rantaa. EnimmÀkseen suojattu auringolta valtavilla eukalyptuspuilla, pitÀÀ viileÀnÀ jopa pÀivÀn kuumimpana aikana.

SiinÀ on ilmastointi, TV, satelliitti-TV, internet, turvallinen pysÀköinti ja iso lapsiystÀvÀllinen puutarha.
PÀÀmakuuhuoneessa on parivuode, kaksi muuta sÀnkyÀ. Kaksi olohuoneen sohvaa mahtuu vielÀ kaksi vierasta.

KÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ (3 minuuttia) kylÀn venesatamasta, jota ympÀröivÀt ravintolat, pizzeriat, kahvilat, lasten leikkipaikka, hotellit ja supermarketit.

Ranta on erittÀin puhdas, enimmÀkseen hiekkaa tai pikkukiviÀ, eikÀ se ole liian vÀestönmÀÀrÀ. Voit kÀvellÀ verannasaltasi rannalta pienen eukalyptuspuiston kautta.

Et kÀytÀnnössÀ tarvitse autoa viettÀÀksesi muutama pÀivÀ tai viikko siellÀ. Mutta jos sinulla on yksi tai vene, mahdollisuuksia kÀydÀ loistavissa paikoissa ympÀri aluetta on monia. Muinainen Olympia on 90 minuutin pÀÀssÀ, Koroni on 15 minuutin pÀÀssÀ, muinainen Messini on 45 minuutin pÀÀssÀ, kuuluisa Mani Stoupan ja Diros-luolien kanssa on upea pÀivÀretki.

LĂ€hellĂ€ olevalla Kalamatan lentokentĂ€llĂ€ (30 km) on yhteydet moniin Euroopan kaupunkeihin, kuten Lontooseen, Manchesteriin, Milanoon, Wieniin, Berliiniin, MĂŒncheniin, Stuttgartiin, Roomaan, Kööpenhaminaan, Amsterdamiin, Tukholmaan jne. KestÀÀ 3 tuntia ajomatkaa Ateenan lentokentĂ€ltĂ€ Aghios Andreasiin ja 2 ja puoli tuntia Patrasiin, josta pÀÀset lautalla Italiaan tai Joonianmeren saarille.

We are a family of two adults and two teenagers and we've had a great stay here. Rosemary the owner was very generous with a lovely meal prepared for us on arrival. Beach towels and beach mats and chairs were provided for us along with parasols. The beach is so close and was very quiet when we were there which was great, along with a beach bar and the sea was so clear. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from in the village and we had lovely meals. The villa had everything we needed and lots to explore in the area. We hope to be back again.

We would like to say thank you for 2 wonderful weeks in Aghios Andreas. Everything was just right. Rosemarie is a perfect host who looked after us with care and warmth. It started with a delicious lunch when we arrived. She accompanied us via WhatsApp in two weeks with suggestions for things to do. Our questions were always answered quickly this way. The beach house is perfectly equipped with everything you wish for a pleasant stay; from kitchen equipment to the terrace with outdoor shower. Everything is there, even the beach bags are packed for everyone. The location of the beach house is excellent. It is just a few steps from the quiet and clean beach, which is still one of the most beautiful for us. Also it is perfect for excursions. Many attractions can be reached within 2 hours. We will come back definitely because we felt very comfortable and haven't seen everything yet.

Rosemarie is a very warm hearted perfect host. She welcomed us with a greek meal and wine. The beach house is located very close to the beach and is perfectly equipped with i.e. towels and kitchen tools. An extension of our stay was easily possible. A perfect place for relaxing holidays. Rosemarie a Ă©tĂ© une hĂŽtesse incroyable. Communication extrĂȘmement aisĂ©e, plat pour le diner et boissons fraĂźches Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, huile d'olive "maison" Ă  disposition, tout Ă©tait vraiment parfait. La maison est tout Ă  fait fonctionnelle et adaptĂ©e Ă  une famille de 4. Rosemarie avait tout prĂ©vu : sacs de plage avec nattes, jouets pour les enfants, masques et tuba, savon, shampoings, cotons crĂšme hydratante... vraiment tout Ă©tait prĂ©vu ! Vivre face Ă  la mer pendant ces 2 semaines a Ă©tĂ© une expĂ©rience trĂšs agrĂ©able. La plage est peu frĂ©quentĂ©e et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il y a d'autres plages magnifiques Ă  proximitĂ© (nous avons adorĂ© Zaga Beach) et des cascades avec vasques naturelles Ă©blouissantes. Merci pour ce sĂ©jour mĂ©morable !

nice beachhouse at a quite beach: a laidback beach where mostly local people went swimming. they had set up a volleyball field on the beach right behind the house when we stayed, beachfun to the max :) the owner does her best to make everything to your liking, when internet seemed to fail for a moment her son was already in the car to fix it (and went back after we unplugged it for a while) She even makes sure the books in the house are in your language - that's what we call a pro host :) If you are this close to the beach you take those 5 minute swims , morning swims, evening swims when you come back from your daytrip..... quick dips, and, because the bay was mostly calm, long swims!

wonderful hosts, calm place; the house has everything you need for a convenient stay. sun or shadow as you want, restaurants ,little supermarkets and a bakery nearby. with a car not far to koroni,kalamata, costa navarino and ancient messene. we loved it for one week. thank you rosemary and vassilios.

We would like to say "thank you very much!" to Rosemarie an Vassilios! We passed a wonderful time in their house at Agios Andreas. You can see the sea Mediterranean Sea from the windows of the living room and you have just to walk a few meters to reach the lovely beach where our whole family did a lot of swimming, beach volleyball and diving. Rosemarie and Vassilios had prepard everything for us - including the beach equipment and even a wonderful meal for our first lunch (Moussaka with Tsatziki - just a dream!) Agios Andreas with its bakery shops, its little supermarkets and its restaurants at the port gave us a really feeling of the life in Greece. But with the car, we had rent at Patras after doing the rest of the journey by train and by ferry, gave us the oppurtunity to visit nice places like Koroni, Vojdokila Beach, the nearer part of the Mani peninsula, the farmers market of Petalidi, the ancient Messene etc.

The house is very close to the beach. The beach is mainly visited by the Greek. Beach chairs, umbrellas, airbed, beachgames etc. it's all available in the house. Rosemarie is a very friendly owner. She's caring and very helpful. We had a great vacation and enjoyed the home very much.

Die lieben EigentĂŒmer Rosemarie und ihr Ehemann Vassilios haben schon vor der Reise den Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen, es sind perfekte Gastgeber, Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend und super nett . Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Dorfzentrum mit kleinen SupermĂ€rkten, BĂ€cker, Metzger und Restaurants - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive neuer Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Agios Andreas ist ein netter Ort, der sich auch sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge aller Art eignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Rosmarie and Vassilis Beach house....for us the best place to stay at peleponnes! 50m away from the Beach....100m away from Agios Andreas little harbour..and even in wintertime: Agios Andreas is not "dead"....open restaurants, supermarkt , butcher , bakery ,Coffeeshop...everything there, to feel comfortable. The House: spotless cleaned, if you want shade or sun...both possible at the two terraces around....fully equiped kitchen, smart tv, fast Internet (wifi with the "houserouter" !)....two Bedroom with double and single Bed....everything very comfortable! Rosmarie and Vassilis.....they care optimal for their guest!!!..Not only Maps, personally written "what to do around".....via Whatsapp or Phone....you can ask what ever you want, what ever you need.......they will make it possible !!!! Thank you so much !! And for shure: we will see you both......and your lovely beachhause again!!!

Que choses positives sur notre sĂ©jour ! Rosemarie et son mari sont aux petits soins pour vous. Location trĂšs bien situĂ©e en bord de plage pour un bain le matin et visiter ensuite, douche extĂ©rieure trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, vue sur la mer de la terrasse. Tout est bien Ă©quipĂ© de la salle de bain Ă  la cuisine, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et on apprĂ©cie la climatisation la nuit. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e le sac de plage Ă©tait prĂȘt ainsi que de quoi manger le midi et pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner le lendemain, tout pour vous libĂ©rer des courses le premier jour, gĂ©nial !! Bref, une maison vraiment Ă  recommander ! Un grand merci Ă  nos hĂŽtes, nous garderons un trĂšs bon souvenir !

Petite maison simple mais trĂšs confortable, idĂ©ale pour une petite famille avec 2 enfants. AccĂšs direct Ă  la plage et notamment au petit bar de plage "Mammakita" oĂč vous serez trĂšs bien accueillis. L'accueil par Rosemarie a Ă©tĂ© fantastique, Charmante, souriante, avec le soucis permanent du bien-ĂȘtre de ses hĂŽtes. Nous y retournerons sans hĂ©siter.

Wir sind dem deutschen Winter entflohen und haben von November bis Mitte Januar im Strandhaus von Agios Andreas gelebt. Aufgrund der schönen Lage direkt am Meer und nicht zuletzt den vielen sehr positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns fĂŒr dieses Strandhaus entschieden. Schon vor der Reise hat die liebe EigentĂŒmerin Rosemarie und ihr Ehemann den Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und die Kommunikation war stets perfekt und super freundlich! Wir haben uns schnell in das Haus verliebt und sind auch im Dezember noch regelmĂ€ĂŸig ins 18° warme Wasser gehĂŒpft. Die Lage ist super, wie gesagt direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Dorfzentrum mit BĂ€cker, Metzger, Restaurants und Einkaufsladen - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir wĂŒrden uns jederzeit wieder fĂŒr dieses tolle Haus an diesem tollen Ort in Griechenland entscheiden. :)

Excellent sĂ©jour dans cette villa bien Ă©quipĂ©e Ă  juste quelques mĂštres d'une plage de sable et galets oĂč on peut nager trĂšs facilement. Le descriptif est conforme Ă  l'annonce. MĂȘme en septembre nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la climatisation dans le salon qui permet de bien rafraĂźchir toute la villa. Des moustiquaires rĂ©centes sont installĂ©es Ă  toutes les fenĂȘtres. La grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour tous les repas. La voiture peut-ĂȘtre garĂ©e sur la pelouse de la propriĂ©tĂ© ou devant sous les eucalyptus. La propretĂ© du logement est excellente. Le linge de maison laissĂ© est suffisant pour 15 jours par exemple. Inutile de charger les valises. Et surtout l'accueil et la gentillesse de Rose Marie et de son Ă©poux sont remarquables. Pour les français Rose Marie parle vraiment trĂšs bien français ce qui facilite les Ă©changes. Nous avons eu Ă  notre arrivĂ©e plein de petites attentions sur le plan gastronomique qui nous ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Les placards de la salle de bain et de la cuisine sont dĂ©jĂ  remplis de pas mal de choses. Le nĂ©cessaire est fourni pour aller Ă  la plage aussi. Rose Marie est de bon conseil sur les excursions Ă  faire et les restaurants Ă  frĂ©quenter. Nous remercions nos hĂŽtes pour la qualitĂ© de leur accueil dans cette villa bien situĂ©e pour dĂ©couvrir une partie du PĂ©loponnĂšse.

Wir waren schon in vielen FerienhĂ€usern - dieses war am besten ausgestattet inkl. neuer Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Lage sehr schön - nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Vermieterin Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We were met by Rose Marie who was beyond helpful in every way. The villa was spotless and nicely done. The beach is 20m from the rear gate, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the bakers 150m. We loved our stay here and this was made better by the owners attentiveness to us enjoying ourselves. If you love a beach on your door step this is the place to be. Food is very very reasonable and much variety. I would come back in a heartbeat. Book early as this place is a gem! Richard, Lisa & Amelie

We think this is the best holiday accommodation we’ve rented over many years and in many countries. Not only was the house clean and tidy, it it was extremely well-equipped. Rosemarie and Vassilis go further, though - the kitchen cupboards were full of goodies so that we didn’t have to go shopping for essentials - coffee and tea in cupboard, honey, oil and olives; beer and wine in the fridge, bathroom well stocked with towels and all needs, there were even beach towels - little chairs and sun umbrella for the beach, too. And it is perfectly located beside the village of Aghios Andreas - and the sandy beach and blue, warm sea are just yards away. Thank you for being excellent hosts - it was a real pleasure to stay in the house and to meet you both. Your Oxford Friends!

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, ein Jugendlicher) hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Strandhaus von Rosemarie und Vassilios, die perfekte Gastgeber sind. Agios Andreas ist ein netter Ort, der sich auch sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge aller Art eignet. Thank you so much Rosemarie!!!!

Our family if five had a superb stay in Agios Andreas. As per other reviews the, the relaxed village ,restaurants, marina and ample options for sightseeing make it a great location for visiting Messsini. The cool/cost villa is ideal for a peaceful stay, with everything you need. It is 45 seconds walk to the beach and sea looking across the bay over to the brooding massifs of the Mani peninsula. However it is Rosemarie and Vasillios who bring the stay up to another level, with their hospitality, and attention to their guests. We had a fine stay. Recommended.

My family and I loved this comfortable house which is ideally located on a beautiful beach. There are great tavernas by the marina, and lots of places to visit nearby. The owners were very kind and thoughtful, and we really appreciated the gifts that they left us. We would love to return, and maybe next time we'll make it to ancient Messini. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern in diesem sehr schönen Haus mit der perfekten Kombination von Strand, - direkt vor der GartentĂŒr und auch mitten in der Ortschaft von Agios Andreas, die Tavernen sind in 2Minuten Gehweite. Wir haben den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Special Thanks to Rosemarie, who was a very pleasant host to us - everything was perfect - we will come back, if you let us.

Great beach house/villa location for exploring the Peloponnese. It surpassed our expectations. Very friendly, small village, authentic, genuine people who were kind and helpful; we appreciated them, definitely a highlight. Rosemarie and Vasilis were warm accommodating hosts who went well beyond what anyone would expect to ensure we were comfortable and well informed of the local points of interest, the history and the many significate sites and villages. We would go back!
